1. Respect Copyright & IP

Only upload, store, publish, stream, or share content that you own or are legally authorized to distribute. Accessing or possessing a copy of a work does not give you permission to redistribute it.

2. User Responsibility

Cloudlynk is a user-generated content platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying that they have requisite permissions prior to publishing media.

3. Submitting Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content on Cloudlynk infringes your rights, you can file a DMCA / Copyright complaint by emailing help.cupibs@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name, organization, and contact details.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Specific URL or location link of the allegedly infringing material on Cloudlynk.
• A good faith statement confirming unauthorized usage.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

4. Counter-Notifications

If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe this was an error or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Cloudlynk will terminate user accounts determined to be repeat infringers under our platform policies.
