Cloudlynk Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cloudlynk ("Cloudlynk", "we", "us", or "our"), including the Cloudlynk mobile application, website, cloud-storage services, public and private channels, user-generated content features, and Premium content services.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

1.1 Minimum Age

Cloudlynk is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this threshold.

1.2 Legal Compliance

You must use Cloudlynk in compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited activities include malware distribution, fraud, harassment, and intellectual property infringement.

2. Your Cloudlynk Account

You may create an account using email authentication or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and promptly reporting unauthorized access.

3. Cloud Storage Allocation

3.1 15 GB Storage Allocation

Every Cloudlynk account includes a 15 GB storage allocation. This allocation applies to free accounts, active Premium accounts, and expired accounts. Cloudlynk Premium does not increase the 15 GB storage allocation.

3.2 Storage Use

You are responsible for managing your files within your 15 GB quota. Uploads exceeding 15 GB will be rejected.

4. Public and Private Channels

Cloudlynk allows users to create public channels (visible to others) and private channels (restricted to authorized members). Channel owners control accessibility rules.

5. User-Generated Content & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Cloudlynk a non-exclusive license to host and stream it as configured. You must hold necessary rights for all uploaded media.

6. Premium Content Services

Cloudlynk Premium provides access to specially designated Premium videos and media. Premium entitlements process via Google Play Billing.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Cloudlynk complies with DMCA takedown procedures. Infringement claims can be filed at https://thecloudlynk.com/copyright.
